YDP operates a fully staffed payroll bureau, processing weekly payrolls for hundreds of clubs and hospitality business.
This means calculating pay for your staff on a weekly basis, providing detailed reports and payslip back to the club. We then submit your RTI to HMRC and Pension upload to your chosen provider.
Our team are always up to date with the most recent legislation and are able to advise on a a wide range of employment issues.
During covid lockdowns, YDP provided constant advice and support to clubs. We calculated CJRS (Corona Virus Job Retention Scheme) applications for all our clubs securing thousands of pounds of hospitality grants. Since then we have helped clubs through the shift towards zero hours contracts and ever changing employment regulations. This means holiday accrual calculations are correct and staff understand what they are paid.
