YDP is able to run both weekly and monthly payrolls for committees who need the confidence of an accurate, speedy and in depth payroll service. The YDP payroll service covers all aspects of maintaining employees payments and records. Our team of experienced staff will produce weekly/monthly payslips, provide the Treasurer with detailed reports, liaise with the Inland Revenue where necessary, balance the year end figures and provide all the necessary year end reports.

Time sheets are faxed to the YDP office, the payroll is processed and reports and payslips are returned to the club.

The service covers all aspects of the payroll such as:

Employee details maintenance
Weekly/monthly payroll calculations
Liaison with Inland Revenue
Payment to Revenue Reports
Provision of payslips
Calculation of SSP and SMP payments and reclaims
Maintenance of employee notepads
Calculation of Year End balances and printing of Year End returns
Provision of P45s and P60s

Costs are calculated depending on the service required.
